You perceive it with full senses and can act within it as though you were truly there (you retain your own hit points and actions in the real world). The memory ends after 1 minute or when you dismiss it on your turn. After the memory ends, you gain advantage on one Intelligence (History) or Wisdom (Insight) check related to the memory's subject for the next 24 hours. In addition, the DM provides one concrete clue tied to your current quest that was revealed by the memory (such as a name, location, or password). This clue is a specific detail that can aid the party in pursuing the memory's subject.
