A goblin-like humanoid with mottled green skin and ragged, patchy clothing. It stands small and wiry, with oversized ears and a sneering, crooked smile. The true horror sits within its belly: a second mouth, pink and toothy, that peeks out through a gaping seam when it speaks. This mouth whispers faint, seductive lies that seem to slither into the minds of those nearby, twisting loyalties and sowing distrust. The whisper is not audible to all—only those within earshot of its victim's breath—but the creature can project the lies into the thoughts of targets within 60 feet, gnawing at their resolve with treacherous whispers.

Behavior & Origins

The Stomach-mouth Whisperer is a mutated goblin, likely the product of a twisted shaman's ritual or a creature cursed by a long-forgotten idol. Its second mouth speaks not with lips or tongue, but with a corporate sincerity that makes its lies feel almost true. It uses whispers to turn allies against each other, to blur lines between friend and foe, and to lure travelers into ambushes. In bands, it acts as a manipulative NPC who rarely fights head-on, preferring to sow paranoia and then strike when the moment of hesitation gives it an advantage.
