Lore & Description
Appearance
A Blood Rain Elemental appears as a towering, swirling column of crimson rain. Its form shimmers with a dark ruby core that seems to beat like a captive heart, while droplets cling to its edges and hiss where they strike the ground. The air around it smells of iron and thunder, and clouds churn with each tremor of its presence. When it moves, the rain sheens and pools into iron-red slicks, as if the storm itself weeps blood.
Behavior & Origins
Blood Rain Elementals are born from violent storms that feed on spilled blood. They rise from crimson rain during tempests, drifting between raindrops as hunter and herald of carnage. They favor battlefields and places where blood has been spilled, using the storm to cloak swift, brutal attacks. To banish them, a storm's eye must be severed from the surrounding tempest, or the battlefield must be washed of the crimson rain by a cleansing rain or a dragon-slaying prayer.
