Innate Spellcasting. The succubus's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: at will - disguise self, charm person; 3/day - invisibility, suggest, darkness; 1/day - dominate person.

Soul Thief. When the succubus reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it can consume their soul. The target can't be resurrected until its soul is restored.

Charm Resistance. The succubus has advantage on saving throws against being charmed.

Actions

Multiattack. The soulstealer succubus makes two attacks: one with its Kiss of the Succubus and one with its Soul Drain.

Kiss of the Succubus. Melee weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8+5) necrotic damage. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 10 (3d6) psychic damage and become charmed until the end of the succubus's next turn.

Soul Drain. Melee weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (3d8) necrotic damage. The succubus drains life force from the target, regaining hit points equal to half the necrotic damage dealt.
