Elixir of Luminous Veins
A small, spherical vial of clear glass cradles a ruby-red liquid that seems to hold tiny, star-like motes. The cap is etched with a spiraling pattern of silver, and a faint warmth radiates from the bottle when held. Upon uncorking and drinking, a soft glow blooms within your veins, casting a warm light from beneath your skin.
Lore
The Elixir of Luminous Veins was brewed by the Lanternring Alchemists to turn a warriorโs heartbeat into a guiding beacon. It was said the glow could lead comrades through undead-haunted ruins and signal danger to friends in the dark.
History
First crafted during the Long Night by a guild of scouts known as the Lanternwatch, this elixir was traded among rangers and soldiers who fought in darkness. It became a symbol of courage, a visible pledge that a companion stood ready to protect the group.
