Actions

Radiant Claw. Melee weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8+5) radiant damage. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

Light Beam. Ranged spell Attack: range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d10) radiant damage. The radiant energy streaks toward a target, which must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking full damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Reactions

Radiant Shield. When a creature within 30 feet of the Radiant Beast is hit by an attack, it can use its reaction to grant the affected creature a +2 bonus to its AC against that attack.

Legendary Actions

The creature can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below.

Detect. The creature makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.

Radiant Surge. The creature creates a surge of radiant energy within 20 feet of itself. Each creature of the Radiant Beast's choice within that radius must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or take 14 (4d6) radiant damage.
