Lore & Description
Appearance
A towering monstrosity forged from the fused hulls of ruined siege towers. Its body is a jagged cathedral of timber, iron, and stone—each tower fused into a segment of its torso, with wheels and landing platforms spiraling along its length like the ribs of a great, living war engine. Tattered banners hang from torn pennants that whip in the wind as if the creature itself breathes and watches. Its eyes are glowing embers set in a helm of hammered steel; spiked ram-like protrusions crown its shoulders, and between the towers you can hear the creak of rope, the grind of gears, and the faint clatter of distant chains as the beast moves.
Behavior & Origins
Born from a besieged fortress that refused to fall, this titan was raised by desperate artificers who bound together a hundred siege towers with iron sinews and sorcery. The Colossus rose from the battlefield as a living engine of war, its towers grinding and shuddering as it marched toward the walls it once defended. It seeks to engulf cities in siege, to fuse them into new citadels of iron and wood, and to grind away any who dare stand in its way. Loyal to no ruler, it answers only to the scent of burning timber and the thrill of a perfect, crushing breach.
