A midnight-blue cloak of fine wool and silk, edged with azure threads and a silver clasp carved like a gust of wind. The fabric folds and shifts as if a wind you cannot see is always swirling around you, even in the stillest air. When you stride, the cloak seems to respond with a dramatic flourish, billowing behind you in a graceful arc of fabric and shadow.

+1 AC while wearing While worn, the cloak grants a +1 bonus to Armor Class.

Billowing Presence The cloak is forever billowing in still air. Two times per day, as a bonus action, you can cause the cloak to billow dramatically for 1 minute. While active, you gain advantage on Charisma (Performance) checks and Charisma (Persuasion) checks made to influence crowds.

Gust of Wind (1 charge) Expend 1 charge to cast Gust of Wind (2nd-level) from the cloak. The wind originates from you and travels in a 60-foot line. Each creature in the line must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 15) or be pushed 15 feet away from you. The wind extinguishes candles and torches, and may disrupt small projectiles. This uses 1 charge.

Windwoven Shroud The lining is woven with silver threads that shimmer when the air moves. You have advantage on Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration while in windy conditions, and you have advantage on Dexterity saving throws against effects that rely on wind.
